St James' Church is the Church of England parish church of Longborough. The earliest record of the building is in 1192, when a priest was murdered in the church. The present church was built in the 12th century.

Longborough Village Hall was originally built as a 'Reading Room' for gentlemen only. Following extensions to provide a store room, toilets, kitchen and a second meeting room, now equipped with a 3/4 size snooker table, it became 'The Village Hall' for use by all villagers
