Longborough Village Hall was originally built as a ‘Reading Room’ for gentlemen only.  Following extensions to provide a store room, toilets, kitchen and a second meeting room, now equipped with a 3/4 size snooker table, it became ‘The Village Hall’ for use by all villagers.
Longborough C of E Primary School is one of three schools within The North Cotswold Schools Federation (NCSF).  It’s aim is to to be a leading example of a federation of primary schools, educating children to become fulfilled and contributing members of society.
The Coach and Horses is a compact and cosy old coaching inn offering a traditional Cotswold village welcome. Enjoy traditional Sunday lunches, unique award-winning Donnington ales, Stowford Press cider and cool draught Guinness.  The view from the front beer garden will transport you back a hundred years and well-behaved dogs are most welcome!  
Longborough Festival Opera is a renowned opera company nestled on the edge of the village, celebrated for its intimate productions and dedication to Wagner’s works. Founded in 1991 by Martin and Lizzie Graham as Banks Fee Opera, it began with concerts in their home before transforming a barn into a 500-seat opera house . The venue, inspired by Bayreuth, features an orchestra pit accommodating 72 musicians, reflecting its Wagnerian aspirations.
St James’ Church is the Church of England parish church of Longborough.    The earliest record of the building is in 1192, when a priest was murdered in the church.  The present church was built in the 12th century.
Serving and giving voice to the people of Longborough, Longborough Parish council is a member of the Gloucestershire Association of Parish and Town Councils (GAPTC)
