The shop employs 4 part time staff, with two additional teenagers providing extra support at weekends.
We currently have over 50 volunteers supporting the paid staff, each contributing what they can, depending on their skills and availability. Those able to take on regular slots help out from anywhere between an hour to over ten hours per week,. The team includes shop floor assistants, bakers, window dressers, gardeners, social media teams, cleaners, buyers, handymen, wholesale shoppers, administrative support, hamper makers and more, ranging between 14 and 80 years of age!.
